~Be a maid in the Demon World~ The Secret Café of the Demon Angel Hero is a management h-game developed and published by Kokutou Umeboshi and released to Steam on November 21st 2020.

You are The Manager! After getting sucked into the demon world by powerful magic, you lose your human form and take the shape of a cute and harmless low-level monster (with no genitals, the game constantly reminds us). You team up with a literal semen-demon named Rurua to open up a full service café to raise enough money and magic power to return to your world, preferably in your human form.

The core gameplay is based around managing your employees and stock. Every day you open up your store, watch a bunch of cute little guys order stuff, and leave. Every so often a "tip" or "service" icon will appear over a customers head, and it's your sworn duty to click it. This will either give you a small bump in cash, or have your service employee walk over to them, draw a curtain, and... extract.

You can change the design of your restaurant to increase things like food cost and how many customers you get, but it's pretty limited, with only 3 palates to choose from, and space filling up VERY fast. To optimise I found myself frequently overlapping objects in ways that make no sense. There's no way that I could find to rotate the furniture and they seemed to be entirely on a 2d plane. This makes sense given the isometric view of the restaurant stage.

When you aren't experiencing the rat-race of trying to run a restaurant (In this economy?) You'll spend your time experiencing the story in typical visual novel style. Or at least, you'll be trying to. The English translation is laughably bad. Luckily there's nothing to screw up in the dialogue, as all of the sex scenes are unlocked by achieving goals in-game, such as gathering a certain amount of cum, learning how to cook a bunch of food, or having a lot of money on hand. That doesn't mean it's not super grating. The longer I played this game the more desperately I was grasping at straws in clearly Google translated dialogue to try and figure out the relationship dynamics.

As the story progresses more ladies join your party. Two more to be exact. The first is a busty angel named Yura who has big "Born Sexy Yesterday" energy. She teams up because she loves Rurua's cooking, and loves sucking dick. The other is Bell. A hero with a monster-rape fetish who joins with you to gain enough money to pay back the massive debt she's built up via the collateral damage of being a hero.

Towards the end of the game you learn that you and Rurua have the same father, making you half demon and heir to the demon lord throne. Rurua knows this the whole time. When she starts calling you Onii-chan during sex, you think she's some sort of horrible role-playing pervert. But you are relieved when you find out that she's not some sort of pervert who does disgusting things like role-play, she's your actual sister. So that's fine I guess?

  There aren't many in the game, but throughout the story you'll get a couple of still images.

  Each girl in your employ has a couple of sex scenes. From normal to vegan plant based sex. They're lightly animated and fully voiced but the translation is especially bad here.

The girls are cute, once you get the hang of the restaurant game it's fine, but between the translation and how little content there is in this game, it's really not worth the $18.99 I paid. Though I was gearing up to give this a Neutral review until I went to see what I paid. So take that for what it's worth I guess.
